Terms of Use

The Square Game is a casual puzzle game provided by Team Robison LLC. The app is licensed, not sold. Your use is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these app-specific terms.

Personal use

You may use the app for personal, noncommercial entertainment on compatible Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Premium Unlock

The optional Premium Unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. It unlocks all eight modes and every board size available in this app. It is not a subscription and does not promise a particular future release schedule or include separate apps. The price and purchase terms Apple shows before confirmation control. Refunds, family purchase features, and purchase restoration are governed by Apple's rules.

Game Center and fair play

Daily leaderboards and achievements use Apple Game Center. Do not manipulate scores, exploit defects, automate play, impersonate another player, or interfere with other players or the service. Apple may separately restrict Game Center access under its terms.

Ownership

The app, puzzle presentation, visual design, soundtrack, sound effects, writing, and software are owned by or licensed to Team Robison LLC and its contributors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Availability and warranties

The app and online competition features are provided as available. We work to keep them reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Robison LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

Changes and contact
